Call of Duty - Godzilla vs Kong
Good morning gamers! Call of Duty fans had an exciting week as two new crossovers of epic proportions were announced. Despite being released in March of 2020, Warzone is still one of the most popular Battle Royale games on the planet.
Snoop Dogg has been added to Call of Duty: Vanguard and Warzone as a playable character. Players can purchase the Snoop Dogg Operator Bundle in-game, which also includes three Legendary Weapon Blueprints. Players can also access the Snoop Dogg Operator Soundboard here.
Season 3 of Vanguard and Warzone is called “Classified Arms” and it begins on April 27th. The new season includes prototype weaponry, updates to points of interest across Caldera, three new operators and more. The Gulag has also been changed as it will offer players symmetrical lanes to earn a chance to return to the game for free. Raven Software and the other studios also promised to introduce more quality-of-life updates this new season.
Operation Monarch will feature two titans from the Monsterverse, Godzilla and Kong. The monsters will come with a new game mode for Quads on Caldera based on experiences from the movies. Operation Monarch launches on May 11th at 9 AM PT. The weeks leading up to the event will feature the addition of ancient artifacts and research equipment spread across the map.
Halo Infinite - The 2022 Roadmap
Halo Infinite had a strong start with the surprise early release of its multiplayer mode in November 2021. Fans initially loved the game, and its gameplay structure remains strong but players have grown increasingly impatient with the lack of content and QoL updates. 343 Industries have since acknowledged player feedback and remain committed to delivering more content faster, starting with the 2022 roadmap.
Season 2 is called “Lone Wolves” and it will run for six months starting May 3rd to November 7th. The upcoming season introduces a new 100 tier Battle Pass, two brand-new maps (Catalyst and Breaker), campaign network co-op in late August, the Forge open beta in September and various “multiplayer narrative events” throughout the season's evolving storyline. Additionally, three new game modes will be introduced,
Last Spartan Standing: Halo Infinite’s version of a Battle Royale where 12 spartans spawn on Big Team Battle maps, with a confined loadout and 5 respawns. The objective is to survive where the last Spartan standing wins. For every kill a player gets, they can upgrade to a different weapon.
King of the Hill: Teams battle to control time on a neutral hill in the middle of the map. They earn 1 point per second and when the hill is fully captured, a new hill spawns elsewhere.
Land Grab: A team-based zone capture mode where teams fight to control 3 neutral zones around the map. After a zone is captured, it is locked and the capturing team gets 1 point. Zones rotate every 3 captures and the first team to 11 points wins.

I don't really play Warzone, though I enjoy COD's multiplayer, but I'm anxious to see gameplay from other people when Godzilla and Kong show up!
